The office employees of our company changed their professions for one day and became petrol station employees.

All day our colleagues worked in the “field”, playing the roles of cashiers, managers and petrol station operators.  This format helped not only to fully immerse themselves into a new profession, but also to learn all the nuances and specifics of filling station operations.

According to the company’s management, it is not only good practice for all the office staff, but also a nice opportunity to serve customers in person.
